I purchased the modem, and when it arrived the power cord was missing. I didn't have one that would work, and couldn't find one locally. I asked that he try to locate a replacement (he said that he could get them locally at little expense.) and that I would cover the cost. He then stopped responding to my emails. The fact that this was just an oversight would have disuaded me from leaving anything but a positive eval, but his unwillingness to resolve the problem, even at my expense, warrants a neutral eval.

After discussing the specs on the two purchased items to make sure that they were indeed what I needed to buy, a money transferring method (paypal) was quickly established and dealt with. Ultatryon had my package in the mail the next morning, and it arrived a few days later, ahead of what I was actually expecting.
